As part of Eskort’s 100th birthday, staff of Eskort Irene visited the Susan Strijdom Old Aged Home in Pretoria. This home cares for the weak and needy. The house also provides facility and care for Alzheimer and Dementia patients. The residents receive full social care, as well as 24-hour nursing servicing. The social care involves the spiritual, emotional as well as physical care of the residents.
Eskort staff spent their morning chatting to the residents of the home as they do not get visitors very often. Eskort Frikadells and Mini Cheese Viennas were served with cup-cakes and muffins at the home’s morning coffee break.
