Saucy Asian Meatballs

350 g

Eskort Mini Frikkadels

160 ml

hoisin sauce

60 ml

rice wine vinegar

2 cloves

garlic, crushed

30 ml

soy sauce

5 ml

sesame oil

5 ml

ground ginger;

5 ml

chilli flakes


red chilli, chopped, to garnish


fresh coriander, to garnish


  • Preheat oven to 180°C. 

  • Place Mini Frikkadels on an oven tray and place in oven to cook for 8 - 10 minutes, or until heated through. 

  • While the frikkadels are cooking, whisk together the hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, soy, sesame oil, ginger and chilli flakes in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

  • Once frikkadels have finished cooking, remove them from the oven and pour over the sauce.

  • Gently stir until all meatballs are covered.

  • Serve warm with noodles and green veggies.
