Since this Summer is so smokin’ hot we thought we should cool it down in the kitchen! These #JustDelicious kebabs are easy, quick, and light - perfect for a grab-n-go snack in the afternoon!

350 g

Eskort Mini Frikkadels

15 ml

olive oil

100 g

ready-made basil pesto

100 g

cream cheese

1 punnet

cherry or rosa tomatoes

1 punnet

fresh basil leaves

150 g

bocconcini mozzarella


wooden skewers


  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry frikkadels until heated through.

  • In a bowl, mix together the basil pesto and cream cheese and set aside.

  • Thread a frikkadel onto a skewer, followed by a basil leaf, a tomato and a piece of mozzarella, repeat until skewer is full.

  • Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers.

  • Serve skewers with the basil pesto cream cheese as a dip.
