Nothin’ like a good cheesy wholegrain wrap to fill that gap after a busy day! These #JustDelicious creamy, cheesy burritos are jam-packed with flavour and goodness.

400 g

Eskort Mini Cheese Grillers


multi seed tortilla wraps

15 ml



eggs, large

30 ml



salt, to season


ground black pepper, to season

15 ml

olive oil

2 cloves

garlic, finely chopped


red pepper, finely diced


onion, finely diced


tomatoes, thinly sliced

50 g

mozzarella cheese

50 g

cheddar cheese


  • Heat butter in a frying pan and fry mini cheese grillers until golden, remove from pan and set aside.

  • Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper together in a bowl and set aside.

  • In the same pan used for frying cheese grillers, add olive oil and garlic and fry for 1 minute over medium heat, add red pepper and onion and sauté for a few minutes or until onions begin to soften.

  • Add eggs to the pan with the onion and red pepper and allow to just start setting, using a spoon, stir eggs until scrambled and cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.

  • Warm tortilla wraps according to package instructions.

  • Evenly divide the scrambled egg between the 4 wraps, top with 2 - 3 sausages each, a few slices of tomato and a sprinkling of cheese.

  • Roll to wrap up tightly and serve!
