Ingredients
- 500g Eskort Smoked Russians
- 4 vetkoek
- Deep-fried potato chips
- 125 ml (½ C) atchar
- oil for frying
Method
- Heat a medium-sized pot of oil over moderate heat.
- Score the Russians and deep-fry them for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Fill the vetkoek with the chips, Smoked Russians and atchar.
Serve
Serve with your favourite sauces.
