Ingredients:
- 200g Eskort Minced bacon
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- 3 T Eskort braai spice
- Oil for cooking
Method:
- Heat a large frying pan over a high heat.
- Add the oil and allow the oil to heat up well.
- Add the bacon and chickpeas and fry until the chickpeas are crispy, 8-10 min.
- Stir frequently.
- Remove the chickpeas from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
- Spice the chickpeas with the Eskort spice, you can use or add extra spices if you prefer very spicy.
This can be kept in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
