Ingredients for the Prego Steaks

  • 1 Pack of Prego Steaks
  • 2T Olive Oil

Ingredients for Fiesta Fries

  • 4C McCain fries
  • Frying oil
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 2 Sliced Onions deep fried
  • 1C Cheese sauce (store bought)
  • 4T Peri-peri powder

Method for the Prego Steaks

  • In a medium pan over a high heat add the oil and fry the Prego Steaks for 5min.
  • Take away from heat and let to rest on a chopping board.

Method for the Fiesta Fries

  • In a large pot over a high heat, add the frying oil.
  • Fry the fries for 7 minutes until crispy and golden brown, remove them from the heat and drain the oil, and put it in a bowl.
  • Add the red onions to the fries and then the deep-fried onion.
  • Pour the cheese sauce onto the fries and add the thinly sliced Prego Steaks.

Serve

  • Garnish with parsley and serve while it is hot.
