Smoked Viennas with Chakalaka Mash

Ingredients
500 g Eskort Smoked Viennas
4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
250 ml (1 C) chakalaka
250 ml (1 C) cheddar cheese
250 ml (1 C) cream
45 ml (3 T) oil for frying
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a frying pan over moderate heat, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until glossy.
Combine mash, onions, chakalaka, cheese and cream.
Transfer to an oven dish and bake the mash until charred.
Heat the Viennas in a frying pan.
Serve
Serve Viennas with the baked mash as a dip.
