Allow gammon to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Pour glaze from the pan over the gammon and serve.
Honey, Rum & Six Gun Gammon
Ingredients
- 1 Eskort Gammon
- 60 ml (¼ C) Crown National Six Gun Grill Seasoning
- 60 ml (¼ C) rum
- 60 ml (¼ C) honey

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Six Gun Grill Seasoning, rum and honey.
- Pour mixture over the gammon and cover with foil.
- Roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and grill for 15 minutes.
