Baked Dukkah Cauliflower with Melted Camembert
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 45 ml (3 T) avocado oil
- 60 ml (¼ C) dukkah spice blend
- 2,5 ml (½ t) cloves, ground
- 2,5 ml (½ t) cardamom, ground
- 2,5 ml (½ t) ground ginger
- 2,5 ml (½ t) cinnamon
- 1 wheel Camembert cheese

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place cauliflower head on a sheet of foil and drizzle with avocado oil.
- Combine the dukkah and dry spices in a bowl and rub onto the cauliflower.
- Place the Camembert on top of the cauliflower, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
