Serve the kota with the chopped chilis and some extra cheese sauce.
Garlic Polony Kota
Ingredients
- Eskort Garlic Polony, sliced
- 4 Russians fried
- 1 whole loaf of bread cut into quarters
- slap chips
- 4 fried eggs
- 1 C Cheese sauce
- 1 t Freshly chopped chili
- 1 C jalapeno achar
- 1 T Oil for frying
Method
- Fry the polony slices in a pan with oil for 1 min on both sides.
- Slice the centres of the bread out and line the bread with the chips.
- Cut the Russians in half and place them on the chips, add the cheese sauce with the jalapeno achar.
- Add the polony and the eggs.
