Ingredients
200g Eskort
Diced Bacon
200g Chips of your choice (we used a corn-based nacho chip)
2 C grated cheese
½ C jalapeno achar
1 C sour cream
Salt and pepper
Method
Pre heat your oven to 200°
Fry the bacon in a frying pan over a moderate heat until crispy.
Place the chips in a heat proof dish and top it with the cheese.
Place the chips in the oven and bake for 5 min until the cheese is bubbly
Add the bacon, to the chips and add the jalapeno achar.
Serve
Serve the nacho with the sour cream as a topping and season with salt and pepper to taste.
