Ingredients
- 200g Eskort Diced Bacon
- 200g Chips of your choice (we used a corn-based nacho chip)
- 2 C grated cheese
- ½ C jalapeno achar
- 1 C sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Pre heat your oven to 200°
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan over a moderate heat until crispy.
- Place the chips in a heat proof dish and top it with the cheese.
- Place the chips in the oven and bake for 5 min until the cheese is bubbly
- Add the bacon, to the chips and add the jalapeno achar.
