The Kurt Darren Hot Dog
Ingredients:
- 1 Rooster brood roll
- Golden Roasted onions
- 1 Eskort Bockwurst
- ¼ C Tomato cut into small blocks
- ¼ C caramelised onions, caramalised in brandewyn and coke
- ½ C Sliced Biltong
- 3 T Mayonnaise
- 2 T Chopped Spring onion
- 1 hot braai
Method:
- Braai your bockwurst until golden and hot.
- Cover the bun with mayonnaise, and add the caramelised onions and tomato.
- Add the sausages, biltong, and some more mayonnaise.
- Add a last helping of mayo and garnish with spring onion.
