The Limpopo Hot Dog
Ingredients:
- 1 Sourdough bread roll – braaied on a grill
- ¼ C Lettuce
- 1 Avocado, seasoned and sliced into slices
- ¼ C Sundried tomato slices
- 1 Footlong Chili Cheese Russian
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Chili sauce
Method:
- Get ready to make something really long
- Toast your bun.
- Add the avo, sundried tomatoes and the Russian.
- Add the sweet chili
- Take a walk on the wild side and enjoy your assembled hot dog under the African skies.
- Serve your hot dog with some extra relish on the side.
