Eskort Win A Bush Break Competition Terms And Conditions
- Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years and over, except employees of Eskort and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
- How to Enter:
2.1 To enter the competition, participants must submit an entry form online with personal details specified on the form. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Prize:
3.1 The prize is a bush holiday experience worth R40,000 (South African Rand).
3.2 The prize value of R40,000 is an approximate value. The actual value of the prize may vary, and it is at the discretion of Eskort to purchase a prize as close to the R40,000 value as possible.
3.3 The winner is responsible for any additional expenses incurred beyond the R40,000 prize value.
- Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2 The winner will be notified by email or phone call within 30 days of the closing date.
4.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 (one) week of notification, Eskort reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- General Conditions:
5.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2 The decision of Eskort regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 Eskort reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. 5.4 Eskort is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
5.5 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5.6 By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Eskort to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5.7 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Governing Law:
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10.1 Eskort will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating in the competition.
10.2 Any entries which are not received by us prior to the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
