3.1 The prize is x5 10k December bonuses
- Winner Selection:
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by DM as soon as the competition concludes.
4.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 (one) day of notification, Eskort reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- General Conditions:
5.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2 The decision of Eskort regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 Eskort reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.
5.4 By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Eskort to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5.7 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.8 The Competition will commence on 28 October 2024 and will end on 30 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”). No entries received after 00:00 on 30 November 2024 will be considered.

6.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

9.1 This competition is open to all South African residents of 18 (eighteen) years and older, residing in South Africa, who are in possession of a valid identity document, passport, or other documentary proof of South African residency.
- Entries:
10.1 Eskort will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating in the competition.
10.2 Any entries which are not received by us prior to the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
10.3. For the purposes of this competition, the term ‘Bonus’ is used for marketing purposes only and does not carry any legal definition of a ‘bonus salary’. It solely refers to a one-time cash prize as stated in Section 3.1 (Prize) of these rules. Winners will not be entitled to any additional benefits under any circumstances. To clarify, the winner will receive a single lump sum payment.
