Braai for 10 min on each side over hot coals or Oven bake for 15 min on 190°C.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: RAW – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing. Do not refreeze once thawed.
