Cooking Guidelines are approximate and may vary with appliances. Defrost at room temperature and remove packaging prior to cooking. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Pan fry for 10 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Oven-bake at 180˚C for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown, turning once during the cooking time. Serve whilst hot with mustard or a selection of dipping sauces.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: RAW – KEEP FROZEN. Consume within 2 days of opening. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Ingredients: Chicken (minimum chicken content 75%, maximum fat content 18%), water, cereal [wheat flour(Gluten)], salt starch, fibre, dectrose, Stabilisers, Yes Extract, Sugar Perservative (Sodium metabisulphite), spices and herbs, sodium erythorbate, flavourings, Garlic.
