Flingas – Crumbed Pork Fingers

Cooking guidelines are approximate and may vary with appliances. Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging prior to preparation.

Oven bake: Pre-heat the oven to 180˚C. Decant the fingers into an oven-proof dish and bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Air Fry: Decant the fingers into the air fryer. Air fry at 180˚C for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients: Pork (61%), Mechanically deboned chicken, Water, Wheat flour (Gluten), Yeast, Salt, Sunflower seed oil (incl. TBHQ E319), Cereal (Maize), Tapioca starch, Fibre, Dextrose, Stabilizers (E407, E331), Maltodextrin, Flavourings (Salt, Smoke Flavouring), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite E223), Colourants (E160b, E100, E150, E120), Flavour Enhancers (E627, E631), Spice Extracts.
