Cooking Guidelines are approximate and may vary with appliances. Remove the black tray and overwrap. Do not open/remove the roasting bag prior to cooking.

Oven Roast – pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the product (in the roasting bag) on a baking tray. DO NOT pierce the bag. Roast for ± 40 minutes at 180°C, the bag will self-vent on one side. Remove from the oven and carefully remove the roast from the bag, slice and serve.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:UNCOOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED BELOW 4˚C. Use within Best Before date. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase, use within 3 months of freezing.
