Braai: Over medium to hot coals, braai for 10 to 15 minutes until the rashers are crispy to preference, turning frequently.
Pan-Fry: Pre-heat a frying pan with oil over a medium to high heat. Fry for 10 to 12 minutes until the rashers are crispy, turning frequently.
Oven Grill: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place the rashers in an oven proof roasting tray. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: RAW SMOKED – KEEP REFRIGERATED. Use within Best Before date. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase, use within 3 months of freezing.
