Cooking Guidelines are approximate and may vary with appliances. Remove packaging prior to cooking.

Boil: Submerge in water or flavoured stock, boil for 3-4 hours baste with a marinade or sauce and bake in the oven for 5min on 190°C or braai until sauce is sticky.

Grill: Instead after cooked without sauce to get a crispy crackling.
