Ribs with Chips
Ingredients
- 1kg Eskort Loin Ribs
- 1kg McCain chips
- Deep frying oil
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°
- Lay the ribs on an oven tray with baking paper and cook the ribs for 15 minutes.
- In a big pot over a high heat add the frying oil and fry for 7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Serve
- Serve with your kid’s favourite condiments and enjoy while the ribs last.
