  • 250g Eskort Bacon Spread
  • 4 Sesame Bagels
  • 2 whole Avocados, thinly sliced or slightly smashed
  • 1 Round Hard Feta crumbled
  • 100g Watercress
  • ¼ cup Pickled Onion
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Slice the bagels in halves.
  • Slice or lightly mash the avocado, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Add the bacon spread, top with the avocado, feta, pickled onion and finish off with watercress
