Grate chocolate on top and serve.
Bacon Coffee with Whipped Cream & Dark Chocolate
Ingredients
- 200 g Eskort Minced Bacon
- ¼ cup ground coffee
- 3 cups warm water
- ½ cup cream
- 3 tbs castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 20 g dark chocolate
Method
- Fry the minced bacon in a very hot pan until dried out and crispy.
- Grind the bacon into a powder and add the ground bacon and ground coffee to a coffee plunger.
- Add warm water (not boiling water). Coffee burns at 80°C.
- Add the vanilla and press down the plunger.
- Whip together the cream and sugar until stiff.
- Pour a cup of coffee and top with cream.
