Braai Espetada with Garlic Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 pack Eskort Espetada
4 cloves garlic, roasted and chopped
400 g raw pasta
zest and juice of 1 lemon
250 ml (1 C) sour cream
5 ml (1 t) black pepper
5 ml (1 t) chilli flakes
45 ml (3 T) avo oil
1 handful fresh herbs, chopped
salt to taste
Method
Light a fire and get some hot coals ready.
Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
Braai the Espatada over the hot coals until medium.
In a large bowl, mix pasta, roasted garlic, sour cream, black pepper and chilli flakes.
Drizzle oil over chopped herbs.
Serve
Serve the espetada on a pasta base and top with herbs.
