Serve the espetada on a pasta base and top with herbs.
Braai Espetada with Garlic Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pack Eskort Espetada
- 4 cloves garlic, roasted and chopped
- 400 g raw pasta
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 250 ml (1 C) sour cream
- 5 ml (1 t) black pepper
- 5 ml (1 t) chilli flakes
- 45 ml (3 T) avo oil
- 1 handful fresh herbs, chopped
- salt to taste
Method
- Light a fire and get some hot coals ready.
- Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
- Braai the Espatada over the hot coals until medium.
- In a large bowl, mix pasta, roasted garlic, sour cream, black pepper and chilli flakes.
- Drizzle oil over chopped herbs.
