  • 350g Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
  • 4 large slices sour dough bread
  • ½ C cottage cheese
  • ½ C sundried tomatoes
  • 2 C grated white cheese
  • 4 eggs poached/boiled
  • 1 hand fresh basil
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 C water
  • Salt and pepper


  • Turn the grill function of your oven on.
  • Place the pork sausages in a frying pan with 2 cups of water and the oil.
  • Place the pan over a moderate heat, cook the sausages in the water until the water evaporates and then fry the sausages in the remaining oil on both sides until golden for 10-15 min.
  • Toast the bread and spread the slices with the cottage cheese.
  • Add the sundried tomatoes, and the white cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Grill the sarmies until the cheese has melted.


Serve the sausages and the eggs on the sarmies and garnish with the fresh basil.
