Ingredients

  • 480g Eskort Crumbed Pork Strips
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 C shredded cabbage
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 10 large pickles sliced
  • ½ C mayo
  • 1 C grated cheddar

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • Place the pork strip on a baking tray and top with the cheese, bake for 10 min.
  • While the strips are busy cooking, combine the mayo, and shredded cabbage in a small bowl.
  • Top each burger bun with the slaw and add the pickles and red onion.

Serve

  • As soon as the strips are done, place 2-3 strips per burger and serve with a fresh salad or your favourite veggie starch.
