- 480g Eskort Crumbed Pork Strips
- 4 burger buns
- 2 C shredded cabbage
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 10 large pickles sliced
- ½ C mayo
- 1 C grated cheddar
- Preheat your oven to 190°C.
- Place the pork strip on a baking tray and top with the cheese, bake for 10 min.
- While the strips are busy cooking, combine the mayo, and shredded cabbage in a small bowl.
- Top each burger bun with the slaw and add the pickles and red onion.
- As soon as the strips are done, place 2-3 strips per burger and serve with a fresh salad or your favourite veggie starch.
