Ingredients

  • Eskort 180g Sliced Chicken Polony
  • 6 slices white/brown bread
  • 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce
  • ¼ C mayonnaise
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • ¼ C margarine/butter

Method

  • Turn the grill of your oven on medium.
  • spread with the sliced of bread with margarine.
  • Add the slices of bread onto a baking tray and grill until the toast slices until golden.
  • Add mayonnaise to each slice and top with the baked beans.
  • Add the chicken polony on top of the baked beans.
  • Thinly slice or mash the boiled eggs and add it to the toast.

Serve

  • Serve while the toast is still hot, and before everyone gets hangry.
