  • Eskort Smoked Pork Neck Steaks 
  • 1 C leeks, chopped 
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped 
  • ¼ C sage 
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon 
  • 2 C cream 
  • 1 C mascarpone cheese
  • 1 pack gnocchi cooked
  • 1 C white cheddar grated 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Oil for cooking


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat. 
  • Fry the leeks, garlic, sage and chilli for 5 min. 
  • Add the cream and mascarpone followed by the lemon zest and juice. 
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the pork neck steaks and the gnocchi into an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over. 
  • Top with the grated cheese and bake for 15 mins.
