  • 500 g Eskort Smoked Pulled Pork
  • 45 ml (3 T) olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 t) smoked paprika
  • 5 ml (1 t) ground cumin
  • 5 ml (1 t) ground dry ginger
  • zest of one lemon
  • 45 ml (3 T) thyme, chopped
  • Crispy Fried Potatoes
  • 6 large potatoes, unpeeled, halved and boiled
  • 15 ml (1 T) salt
  • oil, for deep frying

  • Smoked Pulled Pork Spice
  • Fry the pulled pork in oil for 10 minutes over moderate heat until crispy and cooked dry.
  • Stir in the thyme and spices, then remove the pan from the heat.
  • Crispy Fried Potatoes
  • Place a pot of oil over high heat.
  • While the oil heats, use a tea towel to dry the boiled potatoes before placing in hot oil.
  • Deep fry the boiled potato halves until golden brown and crispy.


Season the hot potatoes seasoned with salt and pulled pork spice.
