Deep-fried Cheesy Frikkadels
- 350 g Eskort Mini Frikkadels
- 250 ml (1 C) cream cheese
- 250 ml (1 C) cheese
- 5 ml (1 t) salt
- 60 ml (¼ C) chives, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 250 ml (1 C) flour
- 250 ml (1 C) bread crumbs
- oil for deep frying
- Place a pot of oil over moderate heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheese, salt and chives.
- Cover frikkadels with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the balls in flour, egg, then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden.
