  • 6 Eskort Chicken Viennas (500g Pack)
  • 6 Hot dog rolls
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 1/2 Onion Tomato sauce
  • 3 Pickles/Dill
  • 5 tbs Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs Wholegrain Mustard Cheddar cheese Mozzarella cheese


  • Finely chop the onion and the robot peppers.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil.
  • Switch on the oven at 180 degrees.
  • Fry the onion till they are translucent, add the peppers and fry everything till soft.
  • Finely chop the pickles.
  • Cut the rolls open.
  • Boil the Vienna for 4min While they are boiling mix mayonnaise with mustard in a small bowl and smear each side of the rolls.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Drain the viennas and pat dry with a kitchen towel before putting them in the rolls.
  • Add tomato sauce to both sides of the roll and sprinkle with the chopped pickles, onion and robot pepper relish.
  • Generously sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a casserole or oven tray for 10 mins until the cheese melts.
