Eskort Pork Espetada with Chilli & Lime Buttered Corn & Cheesy Braai Bread

Ingredients
4 Eskort Espetadas
8 mielies
Zest and juice from 1 lime
2 T smoked chili flakes
½ C butter melted
8 slices thin bread
1 C mozzarella cheese
1 C cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Method
Get your fire ready.
Combine the chili, lime zest and lime juice with the melted butter and brush the corns.
Brush the outsides of the sarmies with your chili and lime butter and fill them with the mozzarella and cheddar.
Braai the Espetadas for 5 min on each side. (4 sides) 20min in total on the braai.
Braai the mielies while continually brushing with the butter. (10min)
Braai the sarmies for 5 min on each side
Serve
Serve the Espetadas with the mielies and the cheesy toasties.
Add a salad if you desire.
