Eskort Pork Sausages and Baby Potato One Pan Party
Ingredients
- 375 g Eskort Jalapeño Pork Sausages
- 1 kg baby potatoes, halved
- 250 ml leeks, chopped
- 3 peaches, quartered
- 125 ml olive oil
- 45 ml whole grain mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Line a deep-dish oven pan with baking paper and add the sausages, baby potatoes, peaches and leeks.
- In a small jug, combine the olive oil and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the sausages and potatoes and mix well to coat everything.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
