  • 1 pack Eskort Frikkadels
  • ¼ Olive Oil
  • 4C Cooked Rice
  • 1T Rahja Mild
  • 1T Smoked Paprika
  • 1T Turmeric
  • 1t Chillies
  • ½ C Chard Corn
  • 2T Butter
  • 1T Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • ½ C Chopped Red Onion
  • ½ C Chopped Chard Peppers
  • 2C Baby Spinach


  • In a medium pan over a moderate heat, add the oil and fry the frikkadels for 5 minutes and remove the frikkadels from heat.
  • In the same pan, add some oil and fry the red onions for 4 minutes and then add the rice, paprika, turmeric and chillies and fry for an additional 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  • In a small pan over a moderate heat, add the butter and fry the corn with the vinegar, salt and pepper until chard and remove from the heat and add in the spinach.
  • To char the peppers, we place them in an oven with the grill function on high until the skins are black. Wrap them with foil to sweat a bit and rub off the charred skins. Slice and use.
