In a medium pan over a moderate heat, add the oil and fry the frikkadels for 5 minutes and remove the frikkadels from heat.
In the same pan, add some oil and fry the red onions for 4 minutes and then add the rice, paprika, turmeric and chillies and fry for an additional 3 minutes and remove from heat.
In a small pan over a moderate heat, add the butter and fry the corn with the vinegar, salt and pepper until chard and remove from the heat and add in the spinach.
To char the peppers, we place them in an oven with the grill function on high until the skins are black. Wrap them with foil to sweat a bit and rub off the charred skins. Slice and use.
