Serve with potato chips or veggie chips.
Ham, Spinach & Feta Jaffle
Ingredients
- 8 slices Eskort Chopped Ham Roll
- 250 ml (1 C) wilted spinach
- 125 ml (½ C) leeks, fried
- 125 ml (½ C) feta
- 125 ml (½ C) cream cheese
- 125 ml (½ C) white cheese, grated
- 8 slices white bread
- 45 ml (3 T) butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat the jaffle iron over moderate heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, leeks, feta, cream cheese and white cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place slices of ham onto a slice of bread, add the spinach and cheese mixture and close with another slice of bread.
- Grease the jaffle iron with butter and toast the sandwich for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
