  • 1 Eskort Gammon
  • 60 ml (¼ C) Crown National Six Gun Grill Seasoning
  • 60 ml (¼ C) rum
  • 60 ml (¼ C) honey
  • Allergens

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Six Gun Grill Seasoning, rum and honey.
  • Pour mixture over the gammon and cover with foil.
  • Roast for 2 hours.
  • Remove the foil and grill for 15 minutes.

Serve

Allow gammon to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Pour glaze from the pan over the gammon and serve.
