Lemon and Herb Chops with Baby Potatoes.

  • 4 Eskort Loin Chops 
  • 1 ½ C mixed herbs chopped
  • Juice from 10 a lemon 
  • 1 T butter 
  • 1 kg baby potatoes cut in half and pre cooked 
  • 2 t coarse salt
  • 3 T lemon flavored olive oil


  • Heat a frying pan over a high heat. 
  • Season he chops with your lemon oil and salt. 
  • Coat the chops in the chopped herbs and fry them in the pan on both sides for 5-7 min. 
  • Add the butter and the lemon juice to the pan and remove the pan from the heat.



  • Serve the chops with the baby potatoes and pour the pan juices over the baby potatoes. 
  • Add and garnish with some more chopped herbs.
