Ingredients:

  • 500g Eskort Original mini frikkadels 
  • Fresh green vegetables of your choice

Spicy Mayo Ingredients:

  • 1 C tangy mayonnaise 
  • 2 T yellow curry paste 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Juice from ½ lemon

Method

  • Cook the mini frikkadels in an air fryer on 180 for 10-12 min or in an oven for the same time at the same temperature. 
  • Combine all the ingredients for the mayo in a bowl and mix well. 
  • Serve the Frikkadels and veg with your delicious mayo.
