Pan-Toasted Ham, Cheese and Tomato Sarmie
Ingredients
- 500g Eskort Picnic Ham, sliced
- 60ml (¼ cup) Hearty Tomato Sauce
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 60ml (¼ cup) cream cheese
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 8 slices bread
- 45ml (3 tbsp) butter
Method
- Place a frying pan over a moderate heat.
- Butter each slice of bread and place the buttered side face down.
- Spread the top of four slices with cream cheese, tomato sauce, swiss cheese, ham and baby spinach.
- Close the sandwiches and toast in the hot pan until both sides are golden and crispy.
