  • Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
  • 200g mangetout
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 200g mini corns 
  • ½ C tomato jam 
  • 2 T palm sugar 
  • 2 t fish oil 
  • 3 T sesame oil 
  • 300g raw noodles cooked 
  • Salt 
  • 2 t black sesame seeds
  • 2 C hot water 
  • 3 T oil


  • Place the pork sausages in a pan of hot water with the 3 T oil and cook it until the water has evaporated and the pork sausages fried in the oil until golden.
  • Takes about 10 min.
  • Add the mangetout, red onion, mini corn, tomato jam, palm sugar, fish oil and the sesame oil to a large salad bowl and mix until well combined. 
  • Add the noodles to the bowl and season with salt.



  • Slice the pork sausages into halves and add them to the salad. 
  • Garnish with the sesame seeds.
