Ingredients
375 g Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
750 ml (3 C) raw macaroni
500 ml (2 C) processed cheese
60 ml (¼ C) chives, chopped
30 ml (2 T) thyme, chopped
15 ml (1 T) crushed garlic
250 ml (1 C) breadcrumbs
1 chilli, chopped
45 ml (3 T) olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Cook macaroni according to packet instructions. Do not drain water.
Add the processed cheese, chives, thyme and garlic to the pot of macaroni and stir until cheese has melted. 5-10 minutes
Transfer to a greased oven dish and place sausages on top.
Combine breadcrumbs, chilli and olive oil. Crumble over the mac and cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve
Serve with more chilli, if desired.
