Ingredients

  • 375 g Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
  • 750 ml (3 C) raw macaroni
  • 500 ml (2 C) processed cheese
  • 60 ml (¼ C) chives, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 T) thyme, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 T) crushed garlic
  • 250 ml (1 C) breadcrumbs
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 45 ml (3 T) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Cook macaroni according to packet instructions. Do not drain water.
  • Add the processed cheese, chives, thyme and garlic to the pot of macaroni and stir until cheese has melted. 5-10 minutes
  • Transfer to a greased oven dish and place sausages on top.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, chilli and olive oil. Crumble over the mac and cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve

Serve with more chilli, if desired.
