Prego and Onion Sosaties with Fresh Rolls and Salad
Ingredients
- 2 packets Eskort Prego Steaks cut into strips
- 2 red onions cut into quarters
- Fresh bread rolls
- Butter for spreading the rolls
- Fresh green salad
- 3 t oil for cooking
Method
- Start a fire and get it to a nice moderate heat.
- Skewer the Prego strips and the red onions onto skewers.
- Brush them with oil and braai for 6-7 min on each side.
- Spread the bread rolls with the butter.
Serve
- Serve the hot skewers on the fresh buttered bread rolls and serve with the green salad of your choice.
- This is the perfect solution to satisfy that mid-week braai craving.
