  • 250 ml (1 cup) Eskort Smoked Pulled Pork
  • 65 ml (¼ cup) sundried tomato, chopped
  • 375 ml (1½ cups) flour
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder
  • 3 ml (½ tsp) salt
  • 125 ml (½ cup) treacle sugar
  • 90 ml (6 tbs) castor sugar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence
  • 125 ml (½ cup) butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, butter, vanilla and egg then whisk together until well combined.
  • Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into the butter mixture.
  • Combine with a wooden spoon until a ball of dough forms.
  • Add the pulled pork and sundried tomatoes, and mix well.
  • Shape into tablespoon-sized balls and press flat onto a greased baking tray.
  • Bake for 15-20 min until golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
