  • Eskort Pulled Pork
  • 2 C cooked Pasta
  • 1 C mozzarella grated
  • 1 C parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 C cream cheese crated
  • 1 C cheddar crated
  • 1 C mascarpone cheese
  • 1 C roasted peppers
  • ¼ C parsley
  • ¼ C Italian parsley
  • ¼ C chives
  • ¼ C spring onion
  • 8 slices ciabatta bread
  • 3 T Olive oil
  • Salt for seasoning


  • Preheat the oven to 200°
  • Combine the pasta and all the cheese in a large mixing bowl with the pulled pork.
  • Prepare a pan with baking paper and place 8 of the ciabatta slices to the pan.
  • Add the macaroni to the slices of bread and bake until golden.
  • While the mac and cheese is in the oven chop the peppers, and herbs and add the to a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.


  • lace half of the slices of grilled cheese on top of the other halve and close them to form 4 sarmies.
  • Serve the sarmies with the pepper salsa.
