Pulled Pork Noodles With Stir Fry

  • 1Kg Pulled pork
  • 400g Noodles raw (we used thin egg noodles) 
  • 1C Vegetable stock (1T of vegetable stock powder dissolved in 1 cup water)
  • 1T Soy sauce
  • 1T Red wine vinegar
  • 1T Olive oil
  • 1t Minced garlic
  • 2 Carrots(stripped)
  • ½ Cucumber ribbons 
  • 2 C Broccoli
  • 1 Red pepper
  • ½ C Chopped Spring onions


  • Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat, add in oil and cook garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
  • Add broccoli, carrot, cucumber, and pepper and cook for 6 minutes.
  • Add in the pulled pork and fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and vinegar.
  • In a medium stock pot, heat the vegetable stock.
  • Cook the noodles in the already heated broth.
  • Add the vegetables and pulled pork to the noodles.



  • Divide noodle into 4 portions and serve in soup bowls while hot
