Spicy Fried Rice
    Ingredients
- 500g Pulled pork
 - 4C Cooked Rice
 - 1C pickled vegetables chopped
 - 2Tbls Sesame Oil
 - 2 spring onion
 - 1T Sriracha
 - 3 Fried Eggs
 - 2t Black Sesame Seeds
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Method
- Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat. Add the sesame oil to the pan and fry the pulled pork for 2 min.
 
- Add in the pickled vegetables and fry for 2 more minutes.
 
- Stir the rice into the pan and mix well.
 
- Make space at the side of the pan and put your eggs into the pan.
 
- Fry egg with the rest of ingredients
 
- Add seasoning (Sriracha, salt and pepper)
 
Serve
- Portion out the fried rice into 4 bowls and garnish with the sesame seeds and spring onion and serve while hot.
