Ingredients

  • 200 g Eskort Streaky Bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 250 ml (1 C) popcorn seeds
  • 60 ml (ΒΌ C) oil
  • 30 ml (2 T) butter
  • 15 ml (1 T) salt
  • 30 ml (2 T) castor sugar

Method

  • Cook popcorn in oil, butter and salt in a pot.
  • Pour cooked popcorn into a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the popcorn while it is still hot.
  • Chop bacon into small pieces and mix into the popcorn.

Serve

Place in airtight bags to pack into lunchboxes.
