Sweet Bacon Popcorn
Ingredients
- 200 g Eskort Streaky Bacon, cooked until crispy
- 250 ml (1 C) popcorn seeds
- 60 ml (ΒΌ C) oil
- 30 ml (2 T) butter
- 15 ml (1 T) salt
- 30 ml (2 T) castor sugar
Method
- Cook popcorn in oil, butter and salt in a pot.
- Pour cooked popcorn into a large bowl.
- Sprinkle sugar over the popcorn while it is still hot.
- Chop bacon into small pieces and mix into the popcorn.
